1.c4!? Vor der Entdeckung Englands war 1.c2-c4 eher bekannt als Bremer Partie. Der Bankier Carl Carls (1880 - 1958) hatte viel für die Verbreitung dieses Zug getan und ihn jahrelang überall so hartnäckig aufs Brett gezaubert, bis ihm ein Vereinskollege bei der Bremer SG den c-Bauern einfach mal festleimte. Mein Fazit: die Statistiken sind falsch, vielleicht weil die starken Computer im Engineraum von 1.e4 bevorzugen und eher die experimentierfreudigen zu 1.c4 greifen. Englisch muß >50% für Weiß sein!! as wäre logisch. Man hat ein Tempo mehr im Vergleich zu Schwarz, es sei denn 1.c4 ist eine Schwächung, die das Tempo überwiegt.
